Gearnox knobs are made from a variety of shapes and materials, including PUR, ABS, PP, TPU, and aluminium. They are then finished with genuine leather upholstery, paint, or anodizing in a variety of colors.

Various aluminium moulding processes are used, such as forging, which allows the creation of complex shapes and designs, or mechanical molding. After these processes, the final finish is achieved through polishing, satin finishing, anodizing, or chrome plating.

For the ABS plastic version, the frame is injection moulded and then chrome-plated with a polished or satin finish. The frames are secured using suitable double-sided adhesive or firmly snapped into the original console.

Handbrake levers are made in various shapes and materials, such as ABS, PP, TPU, and aluminum. They are then finished with genuine leather upholstery, paint, or anodizing treatments in various colors, and are fitted with vehicle logos.

The levers are secured to the original with screws in suitable positions to ensure proper grip.
